Kind staff. Very accommodating. Nice breakfast

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast had a lot of options.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were the best two things, plus the bed was very comfortable.

After a long travel time, we arrived and was given a room that the shower would not turn on. We then had to move to another room and the hot water was warm at best plus the toilet would not flush properly. You had to hold the handle and flush it 10 times.

It was very clean, rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable.

Had ants in both my parents room and our room and when staff was notified they said they would spray but it was like 10 pm and my kids were already in bed. Did not what them breathing chemicals. Thought discount, free night, refund would be reasonable.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Looks like a brand new hotel yet it¿s about 7 years old we were told.

No hot tub

Over the room was clean. Except the shower had not been cleaned. There was hair all over the floor.

Convenient, clean

We were assigned a room which was intensely smoke-filled. Had to haul everything back and ask for a new room. Unforgivable in a smoke-free facility.

Location, very nice room, nice facilities

Shower temp hard to set properly. Pool was a little cold and too much chlorine. Bed a little soft for me. All minor complaints. No significant complaints.

Hotel is very clean and the amenities were just what we were looking for a one night stay on business.

The staff seemed serious about precautions against COVID.

One of the beds in my room had been urinated on by a previous guest and had not been cleaned. I had to sleep on the floor or with my coworker. Upon check out I asked to speak to a manager. She neither apologized or offered any sort of consolation.

Brand new and recently remodeled. Front desk manager was very personal and she even helped me find local contractors and house cleaning help for my rental property! The room was large, bed comfortable, and enjoyed the chaise lounge to sit on plus a desk!

I liked everything!

Newer hotel - just a few years old. Clean and well-maintained. Staff were great. Our TV died at the beginning our of stay & they offered another larger room and even offered to help move our luggage.

Great breakfast and perfect location for us. The staff were friendly but not overly helpful (see below).

insects ( crickets) in the bathroom. We inadvertently left an article of clothing and they could not find it.

Almost new hotel - friendly staff. Thick fluffy towels, comfy bed & good breakfast selection.

We found a roach one morning and the next morning we found a cricket.

Walkable to multiple restaurants, including a Buffalo Wild Wings. Easy access on/off highway. Loved the cinnamon at breakfast.
