Sink drain didn?t empty. Trash outside not emptied regularly. Someone from hotel dumped grease in outside Trash can leaving a trail of grease. Desk unattended while staff made two breakfasts for herself to take home.

Toilets are too low and old. At the very least you need to change the toilet lids to slow closing. Rooms need updated

This was not the hotels fault, but there were people talking outside our door from midnight to 1:30 in the morning. Then, our neighbors were coming in and out of their room, allowing the door to slam shut from 3:00am to 5:30 am, I then told them to stop.

Employees at the reception desk were quick, through, and very friendly. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, and lotion, a very nice touch. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. good breakfast buffet.

Very limited parking. Room felt damp, despite the air condition. employee who ran the breakfast buffet was unfriendly, never smiled, did not respond to thank you. limited seating for breakfast.

We returned back to the room in the later afternoon to our door open, and only half of our room cleaned. In fact, it was dirtier than we left it as someone emptied one of the trash cans and spilled things on and the floor and never cleaned it up.

It was clean and quiet. Room was large with comfortable furniture. Staff was very good and friendly. Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit!!! Bathroom and shower were very nice.

Don't like the current trend of heavy bedding. Would prefer a light blanket, especially in the summer. Lighting could have been brighter.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. It was located 3 miles from main street - perfect location! I would recommend this hotel.

Liked the quick check in by a pleasant manager. The room was a nice size and nicely decorated. The parking was ample. The free breakfast was really nice. Plenty of variety. Coffee was good

I didn't find a single recycling bin anywhere in the hotel. Seems like a pretty easy thing to be a little bit more environmentally conscious.

Alright area of town.

The front desk agent was very helpful. My wife has difficulty walking, so the agent was able to provide a room that was much closer to the elevator.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Close to I-65. Good for dog walking.

The toilet was partial block when we got to the room and it got worse with use.

Good location from freeway

The first room we were assigned had a TV that didn’t work. We had all our luggage in, half unpacked and had to move rooms. The room we were assigned had no where for second person to sit except the bed. Very uncomfortable. When asked if we could at least have a folding chair to sit on the answer was no. Advertised as pet friendly but charged $75 pet fee ?. We wouldn’t stay here again and we usually love Hampton Inns

The place was very clean, Beds, bathroom. easy access. Fast check in. Breakfast was outstanding and the hours were perfect.

They furniture in the breakfast area is terrible. Stained and not comfortable at all.
