Staff were friendly

1. Dirty carpets 2. Room not cleaned eveyday. 3. Extra towel you have to walk down to the front desk to get it. 4. Ongoing construction. 5. Clothing left behind furniture from previous guests. 6. Check in 3pm room not ready at 4pm

Spotlessly clean, bed was firmer than I prefer, but comfortable. Bathroom was very clean.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was beyond amazing, so friendly and helpful. They gave (in my opinion) is the best room and it was spotless. The room and main lobby were very clean.

The only reason I stayed here was because it was NYE and close to where I was celebrating. I would not recommend it for any other reason, there are nicer places within a few miles.

I can't figure out why this hotel is rated so high. The rooms are acceptable but not worthy of a score higher than 7. My room was very dusty, which isn't the worst thing, but doesn't help with the score.

Staff was great..quick check in...free bottles of water..finding my old Hilton rewards account...can't complain.

Shower could have been wiped down a bit better.

Staff was extremely welcoming & provided a map & restaurant suggestions. Walkable location to a variety of options. Breakfast was fresh & had many options.

The staff at this hotel were exemplary in their service. Each person made certain that everything was 'A-OK' with what you expected. We were surprised when we were greeted by name. The breakfast was outstanding and a good variety of food.

Due to the hotel being located in a triangular corner of two different roads, the entrance and exit were a bit confusing. Breakfast was also not that good.
