Was a very nice facility in its day. All amenities shut down allowing budget price. Good value…

No hot water for 2 days couldnt shower at all, was never told the hot water went out, they served hot food while there was no hot water, couldnt provide clean towels because others couldnt be washed, did not tell people checking in about the water, tbc..

king suite with a pull out bed, no bedding for pull out bed, urine stained mattress on pullout bed, front desk could not give us additional linens for pullout bed then tried to move us to 2 other rooms that were absolutely dirty and smelled horrible

Nothing, you picked a 3 star motel for me,and gave me a dump.

It was in a good area

it was under construction. We were in an old room. the bathroom floor, walls and bathtub were so gross. The pool was not working because it wasnt heated but it was an indoor pool. The breakfast was lacking.

The sheets were very soft and it was clean.

They had a pool, but the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not filled. It was not like the indoor pool advertised. The breakfast didn't even have butter for the toast. It was a very slim breakfast with little provided.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting, from the front of the hotel littered with cigarette butts that an employee was throwing out of the ashtray to the ground to the unclean lobby littered with employees to hallways and elevator and lastly the rooms.

The rates were good and it was really close to our event location

We were really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub and it was broke

It was inexpensive, and an interesting property.

Clearly in need of major renovation. You get what you pay for here, and honestly, with hotel prices theses days, it was nice to not be overcharged for once.

The housekeeping took our pool floaties and we couldn't swim our last two days and we had to watch HER kid wearing OUR floaties. Her response? She find in room. Go take from her. Ya, no thanks lady. Not my job. $--- for 5nights is a mini vacation for us!

Stained ceiling tiles in hallway, tile broken off in bathroom, I thought this hotel would be renovated by now after Quality Inn bought it. This was not worth the money charged.

Only thing in the room that was clean was the bed. Bedside lights didn?t work and the bathroom wasn?t clean at all!

The lobby and the staff were very nice. My bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpet, walls, shower, and hallways are not acceptable for the rate of the hotel. There were signs around the hotel indicating that they are remodeling but I didn?t see any.

Completely busted. Unclean. No tv. Internet was terrible. Room was dirty. Staff was unkind

Everything was so dirty the bathroom was scary and hallway smells like cigarettes. I can sleep and I went out there as soon the sunlight was coming.I only can be 10 hours when I left. The lady was very nice and helpful but was enough for me.

This was the most outdated, run down, smelly hotel I've ever stayed in. The sheets and towels were clean, but from the carpets to the ceiling - the place needs to be shut down.

In the end, I got an acceptable room to allow me to work and sleep for the night.

I was sent to a room very far from the front desk. upon entering the room, the room was not serviced and was in a HORRIBLE condition (i have pictures if anyone is interested). This hotel CANNOT continue to be viewed as a 3-star hotel on your app.

The hotel was not cleaned well, the receptionist gave us a room that was occupied so we walked in on someone else?s things
