Pros +
- Audrey the front desk clerk was AWESOME! very nice and displayed empathy
- The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was mostly friendly.
- Location. Welcoming staff upon arrival.
Cons -
- However, the rest of the stay was did not go so well. The lady in the kitchen was rude!!!! But the worst thing was that we received a scam call directly to our room. Someone stating they were a General Manager and there was a power surge and our information was deleted and he had to put the reservation in manually need a credit card and personal information for incidentals and for the room will not get overbooked.
- One of the deciding factors when we booked was that there was a pool. After check in we looked for the pool and were told it was shut down during covid. Also, the breakfast made us sick to our stomachs so instead of that saving me money it became an extra expense.
- The water stream from the faucet in the bathroom was way too strong! The stream shoots out hard and splashes water around. The faucet handle was too tight, hard to move up or down.

I booked through Booking.com and the listing showed a pool and hot tub, there is neither. My kids were so disappointed.
The pool and hot tub area is still there...why take them away??
