- The suite was nice and my wife loved being back on ND;s campus.
- This hotel is the best I?ve stayed in years. Hotel chains have been declining in cleanliness and service, but Hilton really understands customer service. This hotel was very clean, the breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms were comfortable.

- Had to check out early so I called the front desk to ask if any penalties for doing so. She said explicitly ?no, there are no penalties.? After then making my alternate areangements hotel told me $75 fee. I?m Not happy. And manager was rude.
- There was only 1 tiny trash can to accommodate 2 adults and 3 teens; we ran out of hot water while taking a shower, and the pool was really shallow.
- The grout on the tile floor was supposed to be cream colored. However, the floor was so dirty the grout look like it was black. We were not made aware that daily room service must be requested.
