Hotel staff was very rude the gentleman working the front desk and breakfast was very rude to women and children

Great location. Everything clean and comfortable. Felt safe traveling alone. Missed breakfast but looked like a nice setup. I grabbed a yogurt to go!

Not their fault, but the neighbor was mowing lawn at 8am. AHHHHH

Price is right for an older property but being maintained well. Stayed here several times - been good.

Dirty towel on back of bathroom door. Property has no elevator. No amenities on upper floor. Room must not be occupied much as the tank water in the bathroom hadn't been flushed in a while and smelled - after two flushes it was fine. Breakfast ain't much

We booked the hotel so my daughter could swim and we get there and get checked in only to find the pool was closed for repairs. Has we known this beforehand we would have went elsewhere because that was the main reason for the stay.

It was clean and close to restaurants and casino!

Very close to the highway. The front desk person was very nice when we checked and gave us a recommendation for dinner.

Room was dirty. Crumbs on bed from last person. Shower had huge chunks of paint missing. The staff was super unfriendly didn't feel welcome at all. Did I mention room was filthy?

The room was clean and accommodating .

The bath floor was uneven and slippery.

Too much money for what it was. Tile floors in rooms instead of carpet was horrible. Nothing like the pictures. This was a $45 per night hotel room all day long. I go to Shelbyville often and I will never stay at the econolodge again.

Staff was kind, good breakfast options. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool also.

Hotel is very clean! Staff is very accommodating and polite.

The only negative thing about this hotel is in that there are only 2 floors they are not required to have an elevator. So, no elevator!

PM attendadant perfect. I prepaid during booking. In the AM we were charged, the AM attendant kept telling me some Mastercard had been declined. Never had a MC? Just kept saying was declined, wouldn't check my reservation stating prepaid.

Why wouldn't he check my reservation? It stated prepaid. I still don't know what a Mastercard had to do with any of this. He couldn't seem to explain.

The room was very clean; the bed was super comfortable! We like the fact that there was a refrigerator & microwave in the room! And the breakfast was a plus!

The hotel is in close proximity to the highway. We could not sleep b/c of all the truck traffic!! My husband resorted to covering his head with a pillow on our 1st night there. The next day we found a CVS & bought ear plugs. They helped a little.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it is right along the interstate, but we really did not hear the traffic. The pool & outside lounging area was peaceful. The breakfast was good, too.

Would have preferred an elevator for those with mobility issues, like my fellow traveler. Stayed for 3 nights but beds were never made & room was only serviced when I asked the front desk for it.

Staff is very pleasant. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient parking. Dog friendly.

Be aware it is two levels and there is no elevator.

Last minute rental was made with ease for both me and my fur babies! The staff was excellent and room was super clean! THANK YOU!

Bathroom trash wasn't changed, cigarette butt sticking out of window screen, no elevator.
