Hampton Inn Seymour

It was clean and attractive. The staff person who was in charge of breakfast went above and beyond! She was so helpful and courteous!

My room was rated as a handicap-accessible room. Nothing could have been further from the truth! i had stressed that I needed an elevated toilet. When I got into the room, the toilet was not elevated, and there were no grab bars to help. It was terrible!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are very good with plenty of variety.

Extremely over priced. Poor quality rooms- furnishings outdated and unattractive. More importantly, I had to move rooms because the curtains were broken

Was woken up at 4 am to the sound of slamming doors! Every time someone would leave the door would slam! From 4am on could not sleep!! Unfortunately, I was told this happens a lot when you get a room on the first floor! Third floor was quiet I heard!

the breakfast buffet is excellent and changes daily! Also the staff is super friendly and helpful

When we first got to our room there was a few pieces of candy trash on the floor and also a couple of water bottles left behind a curtain

The location was perfect; with major access points nearby, fuel, food, and other stores within one mile of the hotel. The property was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff at front fest was rude when checking in. Not friendly at all. At 1am was woken by flashing lights and the alarm system. Staff said they are working on it. Noise from others in their rooms could be heard. Walking up stairs could heard from my room.

Slamming doors, yelling and screaming down the hall. Not sure the jolted had noise insulation put in when built. Clean room. Good coffee. Breakfast was good

I haven't stayed is such a clean, quiet, and lovely hotel in a long time. We requested a room away from the elevator and on a higher floor - we got just that.

Lady at front desk took forever to check in person in front, chit chatting. Waited 10-15 minutes. When people are in line, front desk personnel need to hurry things along, esp when it¿s late (midnight).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was a lot to do within walking distance.

Location. Many places to eat close by.

Said breakfast was served but during to Covid 19. Nothing was offered. We were not told this until morning. A big reason we chose this hotel.

Wish I had known that the hot breakfast ended at 10 am. Staff did give us a nice sack with some goodies tho.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh cut fruit and coffee as good as home, what more could you ask?!

The only thing that could be upgraded was the toilet tissue. Next time I will bring my own.

The room was clean and the customer service was very helpful. Nice breakfast as well.

Not their fault, but there was a storm while we were there and we lost access to the TV. Probably a good thing, because we ended up getting to bed earlier and the kids got to go swimming in the morning.

trendy remodel design. Very clean. Microwave & refrig. Great staff. Convenient parking. Excellent breakfast, taking into consideration it was free. Would definitely stay again.
