Functioning AC, comfortable bed.

The hotel is not well kept. Windows and glass doors in public areas are filthy. The room did not look or feel completely clean.

Staff and breakfast

Not clean - bed sheets, floor, doors were not acceptable.

Location

Some air fresheners in the common areas. I am sensitive to artificial scents and they gave me a headache.

No warm pool, no jacuzzi, need more ice machines

THE BATHTUB/SHOWER WAS SLIPPERY. NO TREADS OR SPECIAL SURFACE OF BOTTOM OF TUB. NO RADIO OR CLOCK IN ROOM.

Friendly staff, close to restaurants and gas station, hot breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel is it had hot water and a decently comfortable bed.

It was not very clean. The clock and hair dryer were broken, there was an iron but I don't know if it worked because there was no ironing board. The hot tub was broken. No one cleaned our room (3 night stay) so we had to get towels from the pool area.

The hotel was vey nice - great location. The free breakfast was a good suprise. A mix of hot and cold foods. The pool and hot tub was a relaxing end to our days.

The location was perfect. The room was large. The bed was nice. It was clean. The pool and tob tub where so great. There breakfast was perfect! An overall wonderful time.id stay there again

Cooling system

Old room. Bathroom door would not open/close. Scraped floor. Cheap shower head that was broken. Dirty molding. Room was extremely far from the front desk. Poor breakfast items. Not worth what I paid for. Should get a partial refund of half the total.

Great location

Not as clean as we had hoped. Finger prints on the glass doors when you enter, etc.

Apparent lack of maintenance and the clock radio was filthy and unable to correct the time due to something being spilled on it.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Location was perfect. Hot tub was nice.

Pool was cold. You could hear highway traffic in room. There was a $15.00 pet fee. (That was fine, it was just unexpected.) Dining area needs updated.

Rooms were clean and SMELLED clean, not stale. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Checked beds for signs of bed bugs and found NO SIGNS OF BUGS at all. Heat and AC worked great. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the goodie bag we got at check in.

Only complaint is that the fridge was cool but not cold even on coldest setting, but did keep food cold overnight.

It didn't have bedbugs.

That they lied about a room being handicapped. The disgusting everything. Having to kill a roach on the wall. The dog poop outside a room door for 2 days until I pointed it out to the cleaning staff. The staff acting like I was bothering them (asleep).

Broken security lock, sticky/dirty floors, stains on sheets, rock hard mattress, thread bare towels, couldn¿t shower due to lack of warm water and a clogged drain. Arrived home to find bed bug bites! Disgusting and I paid $--- for it!

Amenities listed when booking were not available-pool, breakfast etc. Safety lock on door broken, floors dirty with visible food on stairs.

The hotel was close to the interstate and restaurants.

The clerk gave us room that was already occupied. The room he gave us had a bad ceiling.

This place needs renovation. It would also help to clean the area by the entrance along with the lobby. I thought at this price point it would be a decent place. Had my wife been with me, I would not have stayed here..
