Staff was very helpful and super friendly! Bed was very comfortable!

Nice place, complimentary breakfast, workout area and pool. Close to shopping stores, restaurants and interstate.

The hotel was in good shape seemed to be well kept and convenient to I-65.

Due to a large booking, we were put on the 4th floor. The Wifi was not able to cover the floor and had to use my phones hotspot. Ther toilet hand would stick and you had to wiggle it to make it stop running. The was a large brown spot on the bed skirt.

No shuttle or taxi near hotel, could not even get an Uber.

Although it¿s a pet-friendly hotel and lots of dogs there, you couldn¿t tell. Hotel was clean.

No closet - there is a place for it but appears to not be finished with remodeling. Had room with kitchen. I called ahead to ask if equipped with pots and pans and was told it was, however, there was just one huge skillet. Shower needs shelving - no place

Walking into lobby with automatic doors opening was quite grand, then seeing the fireplace! Loved that! Hot breakfast excellent

Allowing animals and placing dog bowls in lobby. Very tacky. Lobby floors were dirty.

doorkeys,had to havefixed 3 timesin less than 3 hours,,so we just left door almost shut as itwas a tight door

It was an utter disappointment. We have stayed before with Hampton Inn And Suites and the decor is beautiful and absolutely clean. This hotel had a bad smell and the bathroom was also not up to the standard. Breakfast was no great either.

Pool and spa wasn¿t clean, no coffee maker or ice bucket in room.

Location in the state, but the area was a bit sketchy.

The room was very dirty! Crumbs on the table and IN the heater vents! Smelled mildewy in the room. Bathroom floor was disgusting.

Quiet and easy to get to. Room was clean.

Some patrons in the hotel were not wearing a mask, although the hotel indicated it was required in common areas.

Very dated. Room stunk Air conditioner didn’t cool or dehumidify very well. Mattress is very old. If you move your partner bounces.

The hotel was easy to find. The entrance was inviting. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious.

I felt the employees were not as welcoming as your competitor.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed an early check-in that was above and beyond expectations. Hotel was clean and comfortable and would stay there again.
