Comfort Inn Schereville

The location was easily found.

It was in the process of updating- so it was an old, somewhat stinky building with new furniture and wallpaper. It was smoke-free but the previous business clearly was not smoke-free.

Decor

Toilets are very low and make it uncomfortable to sit down on them. No bars to help. The shower head was awful; the water pressure and the spray was really not adequate.

The microwave, tv, the windows, the fan. The fridge was very loud The smell on the bathroom like Marijuana, you can hear people on the hallways.

It was what I expected. Nice staff, clean room with refrigerator and microwave, and good breakfast

Heater in room was really noisy and the temperature sensor was off.

Location to family, restaurants, and stores.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Quiet.

Good price, generally clean, convenient to our destination

Half the hotel was under construction, I travel a lot and I specifically pick hotels with gyms, disappointed the gym was closed.

Place was dirty and had a nasty smell.

The staff... Great lighting in the parking lot... Great location! Ash, Chris, David & Shantel were AMAZING!!!

This was my second time staying at this property and it was great. staff checked me on again and was polite. Professional and friendly. I enjoyed the free breakfast which was excellent.

Ice machine only on first floor, and the cleaning people were chasing me out in the morning. I should have asked for a late checkout--so my fault. But usually I can be a few minutes late to leave. Not here!

The beds are amazing ¿¿ lol breakfast is not too bad either , staff is great & friendly as always ¿¿ love it here . Every time ¿¿¿¿

The location

We were headed out to our appointment and I checked to make sure the door was secure and it opened without the key card ! The manager said give him 2 minutes which turned into 15 minutes then we asked for another room that was dirty !

No problems here! It was New Years Eve and it was a calm quiet place to rest for my journey home the next day!

The management was excellent. He was very helpful and welcoming.

Honestly the hotel was very clean and nice for the star level. My only complaint is that the toilets were very very low to the ground, so if you're tall this can be awkward. Otherwise, I was well pleased.

The breakfast was outstanding. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, (Raisin Bran, my favorite!), orange juice. All very good, above average.

Cleanliness was the worst I¿ve seen. The hallway carpeting was covered with old stains, no attempt at cleaning or vacuuming. Not worth the price for the environment. Staff was rude. Not up to Best Western standards

cool old hotel / grt location--easy walking distance to city -- nice having bar ( 2 free drink tickets/ night!) and breakfeast in restaurant next door on weekend-- nice menu / choice. staff was the friendliest and most helpful i have ever had in a hotel

there were ear plugs in room-- i thought it was funny till train went by at 2 am...the only negative about the hotel-- otherwise--excellent

THe heater caught fire therewas plenty of smoke in theroom. It took time to move us.I am sick from inhaling the fumes
