Room smelled like old food. The whole floor smelled like pets and swear

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make certain that everything went well for our group. The took the time to ask if things were alright or if we needed anything else. Everything was great!!

The pool was closed. Many hotels have theirs open, so I did not understand the reasoning of "because of COVID". It was disappointing.

I booked an executive suite. I was given a studio room. I could of booked a studio room at a cheaper rate. False advertisement. The hotel would not give me partial refund for a studio room. The rug also had a tear in the middle of the hallway.

Most Staybridge hotels have a very good breakfast, and this one does too.

This was our 6th Staybridge, and we will not return. Their idea of "light touch" mid-week cleaning is bringing new towels to the door. That's it. This is the first Staybridge with that cleaning standard. And when asked why, the staff got very grumpy.

Pretty big and nice room. Fridge, and kitchen included.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Did NOT have hot water for shower. I had to walk through a hallway that was below freezing temps to get to the pool. Walls seemed thin. Parking lot wasn't plowed and was very icy.

The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was great, but started far too late. The housekeeping staff was very kind and accommodating.

The front desk staff was terrible! The woman that worked the 3-11 shift had a major attitude. She would not accommodate a top floor request. There was so much noise, I slept less then two hours in two nights. Unacceptable!! Enforce your own quiet policy!

The Hotel was in a very good location. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice size indoor pool. The Young ladies at the front dezk was awesome. One in particular unfortunately 6i didn't get her name took the time to help me with the computer.

My key to the fitness room didn't work.

It was very clean with great amenities in a great location.

Just the lack of control over the kid guests on our floor. Front desk claimed to have security come investigate and they did not.

I booked this hotel on line for my daughters. They said that it was the nicest hotel they ever stayed in. They also said that the included breakfast was excellent.

My kids stayed here due to getting caught in a speed trap and having their car impounded in Dyer Indiana. I would avoid this area like the plague due to the underhanded way that Dyer has decided to make money off of people passing through the area.

I was very surprised that this hotel is only A3 star. Very clean decorated beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was great I couldn't have asked for anything better. Bed and pillow Wonderful. Would definitely stay there again

Our room/suite was perfect for our purpose. So nice to have space to spread out. Nice to watch TV in sitting area. We didn't use the kitchenette much but definitely came in handy. The shower was the best showering experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Music in lobby area was a little too loud.

The hotel amenities was more than I expected from the free laundry faculty, theatre room and all the comforts if home in the room

No hot tub for the adults and the room was smaller than I anticipated

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. When we arrived she saw we had young children and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite so we would have more space.

I appreciated the size and space of the room. It was very clean, and very comfortable.

Great variety of foods for breakfast and it was free! I liked the studio layout of the room.

The bathroom looked like it needed some serious help. Not what I expected for the price that I paid.

The bottom of the entry doors to each suite were so sawed off, you could see shadows of people moving in their rooms, also causing audibles to come out. It was alarming enough to put a towel down to cover the gap. Hardly soundproof or any privacy.
