- I tried to cancel the room for last night at 4 I Tried to call the 877 number and no answer, I called the Rochester South @4:04 no answer then someone answered a 2nd call I can’t understand children screaming and her language said I can’t cancel !!
- Shower drippedd constantly, was hard to turn on the first day, dingy stained towels and wash cloth. There was nobody at the front desk and had to use the phone to call for somebody to come to the front desk all the time.
- The heater in the room was not working. Was cold all night.

The shower/bath faucet didnt work propely and water was room temperature at BEST and COLD at worst - even when the faucet was crank ALL THE WAY TO THE HOT. The sink had warm/hot water but the shower/bath never got even close to that-No compensation giv
It was easy to find and plenty of parking.
Child's sticky hand print on one of the pictures, yuck! Not sure how they missed it. Breakfast pretty pitiful. Room coffee maker needed cleaned.
We were kicked out of the hotel just after 30min of checking in. Because we have been driving long time when we got to the hotel we were able to relax and have conversations but our next door wanted us to be quiet when were just talking normally (no loud)

Very loud very under the influence group in and out of several rooms until after 4 AM; they continually interrupted my sleep.
