Pros +

It beat sleeping in the car ONLY because of the outside temps.
The location was good. We were able to control room temperature. Had working refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer. Towels were changed each day. Loved having the table and two chairs.
nice appearance on the outside and the entry was nice. Couldn't hear the traffic or hallway noises.

Cons -

Towels, linens, furniture?all Filthy! 2nd time staying here- not my choice. Fecal matter on towels, linens stained & covered in others? hair. Furniture & carpets stained. I wouldn?t sit in chair or get under covers. Completely gross all the way around!!
No one at the desk. Multiple dogs in rooms next to us barking incessantly. Our room had dirty blankets and sheets on both beds. Beds smelled like wet dog. Booked solid so couldn't switch rooms. Bathroom floor completely water damaged, tiles coming up.
Being renovated,no wall trim in the hallways. 2nd night young staff did not know how to key in code for our nonworking room key. 3rd night code did not work again, had to be done. Flooring by tub coming loose. No stopper in sink. Not good value.
