We booked this hotel because it is close to the airport.
Really helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel was clean and was in a good location for restaurants.

Cons -

We booked this hotel for the long-term parking and the airport shuttle. We didn't get to take advantage of either. The shuttle doesn't run 24/7 and the long-term parking is an additional fee. I feel like the web-site is misleading.
In the room wr stayed in there was a corn flake in the chair and on the floor under the desk/chair was the top from a bag of candy. Other than that the room was clean.
Luggage cart was hard to push. Couch and desk chair were uncomfortable and seemed like they didnÂ¿t go with the room/hotel style. A little weird to get breakfast at front desk, but it worked.

Easy in easy out

Clean and extremely friendly staff. We created some door problems at our arrival and got quick friendly help. Breakfast sandwich was very tasty. By far the best coffee of our 3 traveling nights this trip. Comfy bed.

Close to where I wanted to be

I didn't realize how prejudice Plainfield was..My family is mixed Black/white they profiled us from the beginning..I'm from Indy I will never stay in Plainfield again..They hotel and and most of the so staff were nice but just one or 2 that were prejudic

The location was good to the airport and for a couple other places we needed go. Plus, we stay at Hampton Inn's when we travel. They seem to be consistantly good!
