Hampton Inn by Hilton New Albany

The coffee was excellent The bed was comfy It was quiet

Having to find parking elsewhere and walk to the hotel in the dark because the parking lot was being resurfaced. The breakfast wasn?t excellent like we usually get from a hampton. Had a top floor corner room overlooking the roof of mechanical equipment.

everything about the hotel was excellent except for the night shift manager (front desk worker) I did call Hampton Inn Corp. office and filed a report about it.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient and in proximity to restaurants and shopping areas.

Loved the OUTDOOR pool. Sun was shining the temp was great. And the breakfast was pretty good.

Difficult to find someone working the front desk at times. Had to wait around to get towels for the pool, and it took at least 10 minutes standing around waiting to check out.

The front desk person when we checked in was very nice , room was clean and the location was perfect

Other than pet friendly , it was nice very strong smell of urine there needs to be a few rooms excluded from pets

My husband and I stayed here for a night on our way back from Tennessee. We were able to walk from the hotel to the small downtown area for the Farmers Market and a stop-in to all the small town shops. We really enjoyed our time today in New Albany!

Clean. Comfortable beds

I paid for a king suite room, wanted the extra room for kids to be able to play video games and have sofa bed but was given a standard double bed room. Kids were very unhappy. I paid extra for the king suite so lost money

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice.

The hotel front desk staff was super friendly & our room was clean when we walked in.

The housekeeping never once came to give us new bath towels or changed our trash. We had trash buildup for 3 days. On the day of checkout at 9am, housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times. Woke us up.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The suite provided some privacy for each person in my family.

It is next to a very loud area at night. The sounds of engines and screeching tires was tough to sleep through.

The beds are not clean I got glass stuck in my toe I have pictures I saved the glass and honestly just came out of my toe today I have pictures from the morning that I happened and I have pictures from today

The cleanliness and overall look of the lobby was excellent. The breakfast (although limited due to COVID) was still very nice selection. The seal on the room doors after cleaning to ensure customers that no one entered but me. I enjoyed my stay.

Check in and out were quick and painless. Proximity to interstate exits was also convenient

The room was not correct. We booked 2 queens and got 2 doubles. The hotel was undergoing remodeling and looked like a dump on the outside. The location seemed to be right in the middle of a bad neighborhood. Did not feel safe.

the hotel was under constructions so they lobby was out of commission which left us uneasy as things were in disarray inside and it didn't feel as safe/comfortable.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Even during the remodel they were able to keep the hotel clean!
