You gave me a refund thx…this hotel attempted to charge an additional $80 at check in leading me to immediately leave location

I did not like that they charge extra for power and cleaning. I’ve never heard that in my life. It stinks and nasty floors/ carpet. Make you pay deposit after booking online and so far it hasn’t been refunded

my last day there was september 20th, told me my 3 day reservation from sept.21 to sept.24 was cancelled . i have been at the comfort suites . thats called theft.

Even though I had a reservation they had me wait for someone to go clean a room before I could check in.

Yes. No hot water, TV would not work at all, no staff up front ever to assist, only one friendly staff member rest were ride or jon existing. Could not take hot shower ever! Water was always cold.b

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My entire room smelled like curry. There were cobwebs in the shower. The air conditioner worked quite poorly.

The difficulty to check in after hours the rooms had not been properly cleaned the sheets was nasty towels was nasty bathroom was very disgusting Found pills and other people?s belongings under couch bed and in the bathroom

Location

I feel if you book a room at a extended stay hotel that the couch bed needs to be made up, with pillows and blankets and sheets. The guest should not have to make this bed. It's the responsibility of the housekeeper. Not the guest, I wasn't happy.

Great location lots of restaurants and a store to buy to cook on int the kitchen. You have to supply pots & pans and utensils plates, but that's ok

The hallway smelled of smoke, and did the room. I went to my vehicle to smoke , it's supposed to be no smoking.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location.

This was not a fun trip, as it was for my immediate family's funeral. The hotel was dirty, the staff rolled out of bed to meet you at the lobby counter, and the hallway and rooms smelled of marijuana. I was extremely disappointed.

The staff was very kind and for the price the room was way cleaner and nicer than expected!! I almost wished I booked my full stay there than an Airbnb.

Nothing our room smelt like armpit and after airing out for hours still smelt like armpit.

The smell of the room, the dead bolt wouldn't lock and there holes in the ceiling.

The staff is so rude. Our company spent about over $--- and we only received the cleaning of the room once.

all i wanted was a long hot bubblebath, and a warm safe clean room. there was meth in room, a pipe. room was not clean. soda machine was down, no sugar 2 out of 3 days for my coffee, back and side doors continued to be propped open cornhole & drunks in l

The location was the only thing I liked !!

Remote didn¿t work, the smoke detector was hanging by wires . No blow dryer. Was awakened by a strange guy nocking on the door past midnight was scared , had to call front desk . Very sketchy people everywhere! Was very misrepresented! Never again!!

The employees were great very friendly, helpful and cheerful it was nice.

The guests above us were very disrespectful.

it felt very dirty , had homeless people sitting in hallways.. back door didnt lock shut. only stayed a hour & left. Felt very uncomfortable
