Convenient to the University

Carpet was filthy and very old. Breakfast was very limited.

Room very good for price paid

They had absolutely no signage to tell me where it was located--none at all. I made four stops asking for directions before I found it behand another hotel. Desk clerk had all the personality of a carp.

Breakfast

Worn down cob webs in rooms air was musty carpets dirty

Bed was comfy. TV was large. Room felt clean. Breakfast sausage was delicious.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. Room felt dated; drawers did not close on dresser.

Coffee machine and carbon monoxide tester in room

Some people seemed to be "extended stay" guests, ridiculous noise from pool area all the way to 11pm, non-guests were there and staff did not monitor, like it would have been too confrontational to check room numbers/number of guests. So weird.

Room was clean. Parking was great. Near restaurants and shopping.

Very clean. Safe environment. I always pick this hotel ? Swimming pool looks amazing

Overall if you want somewhere cheap for a night this isn't a bad option.

We specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub (it said online they had one). They did not have a hot tub. The rooms were ok, alittle dated. Breakfast was not edible and the coffee was terrible. We tried the pool and it was dirty.

Location only - otherwise dirty and the room smelled. Additionally there was a toddler pull up in our trash. We did not have a toddler in our group.

Most everything

Cockroaches all over the place, Food and crumbs in the bed and other people's hair on the bed and on the pillows.

The coffee machine 24hrs

Rude staff, no extra towels and washings. Dog hair everywhere. Housekeeping was extremely loud every morning in the halls

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were knowledgeable and took care of business. In this price range, this is the #2 hotel in South Bend.

Can't comment on the breakfast as i left the hotel without eating it. Sometimes it took staff a little longer to return to the desk.

Close to the work site, great price, great breakfast in the morning! 10/10 would stay again

The privacy

The room it's self was ok , but toilet over flowed multiple times , asked for toilet plunger and cleaned it up. Wish someone else would of done that. I don't work there. But I did fix issue. Breakfast needs to be hot not like warm

The bed

Breakfast bar wasn't hot food needs a variety. And my room smelled like smoke real bad , webcam bought air freshener.

I've been staying at several different motels all summer each weekend...this is the best overall...I particularly liked the continental breakfast...and also very friendly staff with someone almost always available at front desk.

The Only thing I didn't like is that there were a couple of kiddos playing in the pool until just after midnight and my room was next to the pool..the pool was supposed to close at 11pm..they were pretty noisy..and I couldn't get to sleep till they left.

The location was very convenient.

Our room was incredibly hot. The AC seemed to be running, but the room never cooled down. It was a long, hot night.

the room and accommodations were fine.

There was never anyone at the front desk. When we checked in no one responded to the bell, and after waiting for 5 or so minutes I called the hotel and no one ever answered the phone. Eventually someone came from another floor, but said nothing.

Location

First room had ants. Second room--CARBON MONOXIDE alarm was going off (top floor). Manager moved us to a room two doors down, which we did not accept. If there's a CO2 problem here--there's gonna be a CO2 problem two rooms away!! Last room--ants.

location & quiet

Up keep in room was poor, sheetrock was damaged, bathroom door was sticking, sheets had a stain on it.
