This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t want to touch anything. Drawer fronts were broken, huge cracks in the wall, stains on the walls/lampshade.

Dirty, run down, smells like smoke, AC in room does not work, fights in the hallway at 3 a.m. and no one at the front desk to answer a call for help. Revving engines from the parking lot all night.

The rooms where loud, the rooms where not well cleaned. The shower head was rusty, the shower water sprayed out on the floor, very dusty, The waffles would stick to the pan, juicer wasn't working, elevator not working, carpet very dirty.

Location was great. Overall clean room. Bed linens were very clean and comfortable.

The rooms have been used hard. Upgrading and replacing things in the room, as well as better maintenance of facility, is needed. Breakfast was not available til 6:30, which was too late for us to benefit from. Pool and pool area needed maintenance.

They weren’t clean at all they have bed bugs and don’t care that they have bed bugs they will deny it and if I brought bed bugs home from this place I’m not going to be happy at all there will a lawsuit because they are responsible for cleanliness

Bed bugs. Ants in the bed. Found a crack pipe under the mattress when checking for ants and bed bugs. Tv shattered.

My first room the drapes were laying on the aircondition, the second room a toilet plusher was left in the toilet, they upgraded me stay to a suit and had iron on the room didn't work. I asked for a 6 am wake up call and no one ever called.

The amenities were very nice

The rooms were a little dark needs more lighting. There was an elevator issue.

I love the room layout. We purchased 1 room that had 1 King bed and 2 queens. Everyone in our family had a bed to sleep on and the price was very reasonable! The Location is great! There is so much around it to do or eat at!

I noticed that upkeep was behind for example The elevator user permit was expired. Also, breakfast was not very good.

Rooms are nice compared to many within the similar area. Staff are great, very nice and accommodating. Typical breakfast, but nothing exciting. Overall a great place. Even let me check in early.

Hotel was unclean. Hallways smell and have filthy carpets. Aged rooms showing signs of disrepair. Only vending machine set had broken card readers, cash only. Thin walls with doors slamming all night when low occupancy. Handwritten signs at check in.

The location

The staff was judgemental not very nice and didn't like when u went outside to smoke. They dont like youstanding outside aays it makes hotel look bad. Also housekeeping knocks n wakes u up by knocking ur day at 9am amd dont GO away andcheck out is at NOON

Location was good. Easy to find. Ample parking

hotel in dire need to upgrades. Could see out of the door because it didn¿t properly close. Pillows had an odor. Reeked of cigarette smoke while walking the hallways. Pool in need of a cleaning. Strong urine smell

Food they had 3 styles of eggs and meat. And much more

The elevator was dirty and smelled strange. The pool was not even close to as clean as it was the last time we stayed here.

Housekeeping staff was friendly

The expensive vending machine. $5 for a drink.

How close it was to everything I was doing in Mishawaka.

You can clearly smell the old cigarette smell as if the room has not had its carpet changed since smoking was allowed in the room. The carpet was very dingy I did not want to walk on it with bare feet. There were a couple things that seem to old or outdat

The pool could use some cleaning

It was located in my desired neighborhood. I was attracted by the offer of a hot buffet breakfast. Both the amenities I desired. I was less impressed after I arrived.

I was surprised to find hotel in a state of disrepair. A large piece of equipment was wrapped & sitting on a pallet in the lobby. The elevator was slow,worn & dirty. The pool was off limits. There was NO HOT BREAKFAST,only excuses from the staff & mgr

The staff! This is an older building that felt ran down. Continues problems with the card readers on the doors. The staff was wonderful.
