Staff was friendly in rooms were comfortable

I felt like there was not housekeeping services readily available. You had to put your trash outside the room and ask for clean Linens and toilet paper. They did not come to your door. You had to get it from the front desk.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice

The pool was ICE COLD....too cold to swim in it.

In need of dramatic repair! Room and pool disgusting. Not maintained at all, the basic daily cleaning hasn't been done. We had two rooms. Slept on top of the comforters. Did not shower due to gross tubs. Is overbooked so had possibility not having room.

Brrakfast

The clerk put me in a different one than reserved. It was very late after 11:30pm. I only had a few hours to sleep. He put me in a filthy room with two queen beds that had people that were walking heavy well past 12:30 am. They also had the tv cranked up

I'm filling this out for our guest, who actually stayed in the room. I just arranged it and paid for it. What I encountered was friendly and professional, and my guest had no complaints, so I am basing my evaluation on that.

The staff was friendly

Many bugs in our room, phone was broken (with wires exposed), pool was cloudy and opened 4+ hours past posted time, water on floor in the lobby, and we were told we couldnt change rooms and they would only vacuum the live bugs and replace the bedding.

The hotel is well-maintained and rooms are very comfortable. It is a great value.

The floor in the breakfast/lobby area appears to have gone unswept for days, judging by the amount of crumbs and schmutz I saw on it on Saturday morning.

It was quiet.

I booked my room in advance and then was told my room type was not available and got up charged. I was asked if a room woth 2 queens was okay, i said sure, they did not explain an additional cost. I would like a refund of the additional $50 i was charged.

Close to town and it has an ok bit breakfast

The breakfast stays the same and never changes. Need a mix up on food.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Expired product at the breakfast bar and it took me telling two employees before it was disposed of. Breakfast bar was dirty with dirty tables and trash chuck full. Hotel could use updates, especially for the price.

The sheets had not been changed all the way. Was w quite dirty with dirt and crumbs covering the bottom sheet

Actually, there wasn?t anything I liked about this hotel. I will never stay again!

The whole place is dirty, dirty, unkept .? on the outside too! Poop ? was everywhere on the sidewalks! I was told it was goose poop! It was literally everywhere! Furthermore it has/had been there for quite a while, because it was petrified looking!

I appreciated having a breakfast option and the location was great.

The bathtub/shower was gross. It really needs to be scrubbed and possibly refinished.

The elevator did not work my key card maybe worked. 2 times during the 4 days I stayed there and then had to climb stairs up and down every time I had to get it rekeyed And my phone did not work inside the motel but would work outside the motel

Very dirty hotel. Common bugs - no bed bugs noticed. Poor ventilation and mold in rooms and bathroom. Tile was sticky, urine on bathroom floor. Online rating for cleanliness did not come anywhere close to what we were expecting. Unoccupied rooms unlocked.

Everything was great Breakfast needs a little bit more to make it look full. Breakfast has waffles eggs sausage bread for toast bagels cereal juice coffee tea but it needs bananas and some apples and oranges . It needs danish a variety. Look good

The only problem was there wasn't enough towels to shower with. I got more, the toilet is always loose, all of them need tightened up. Other than that perfect.

staircase covered in plastic, paint cans strewed about, construction site making it dangerous to take the stairs, elevator broken, toilet didn't flush, didn't have the usual curtains that pull over the see through curtains so was bright in room all night

The location was great!

The manager monitored everything about my stay. Told me he watched me on the camera and I have too many people in my double queen room. I had myself and 5 kids under 10 and made us leave the pool early due to its being overused wouldnt give us towels

There was a pile of dog stool in a corner of my room. The tub was dirty. Lamps in room did not work. There was traffic in and out of the hotel all night. People were smoking weed. The waffle batter at the breakfast buffet was curdled. Dirty gym.
