Bed was comfortable

The hotel room was so disgusting and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. No staff was ever at the desk, we waited 20 minutes to check in and the individual was very rude.

Location. Large room with kitchenette.

No breakfast even though it said it was offered. Recliner in the room was broken.

There were fruit flies in my room, mold in the caulk around the tub, and hair on the toilet seat. I ended up going to a local Walmart to buy a cleaning product to clean the bathroom myself. Staff at the hotel were not friendly at check-in or check-out.

Ants everywhere,broken fridge,noisy AC,broken faucet,broken window,dirty and rundown.

Charged me 50 after paying for the stay

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed felt like a cloud. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The front desk staff were a little weird.

It was our first experience bringing our dog to a motel. The walkway next to the hotel allowed our walking our dog and avoiding messes while providing doodoo bags.

The refrigerator compressor was loud. We told the front desk about this, they documented this and said they would investigate this condition as we were checking out. This condition was found the first night, the next night I turned the cold control off.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating

The linens did not feel clean. Pillows on the bed smelled like old oil and the front desk brought me a ¿new set¿ and they weren¿t any better. They put me in a handicap accessible room so it felt like a nursing home. No usb ports for charging.

The staff was professional and courteous, especially the night clerk. She went beyond expectations dealing with the change to our reservation and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction.

Very friendly staff quite place over all clean

I had a queen suite which wasn¿t as clean as it could have been and my tub was dirty. To be in a suite the plug stopper in the tub did not work

This hotel from lobby to room is extremely clean. Housekeepers are really top notch!! Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by some of the nicest concierges we have ever met! They are always helpful and kind, went out of their way to ensure a great stay

Overall a decent experience overall, if you don't get up early your room won't get cleaned unless you request it. They do offer complimentary coffee, oatmeal, fruit. They have laundry facilities on the property,as well as stove, refrigerator, microwave.

I just wanted to give special thanks to Kristen and Tammy for making my stay very pleasant. One lady with short blonde hair was very unprofessional me while I was talking with another staff member. A black gentleman with braids was rude as well.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. All of the front desk clerks were great and especially hotel employee. He was accommodating, respectful, and just seemed like an overall amazing young man.

The location wasn't bad, but I did have my car so it made it ok.

The kitchenette was very useful, especially since I could plan for it. Most staff members very friendly (see below). The recliner is a nice touch.

The blackout curtains couldn't be pulled across the middle of the window, so there was way too much light let in to fall asleep easily. The pillows had too little neck support. One staff member was a little aggressive responding to a normal inquiry.

It's a mile or 2 from everything so you would have to walk. Uber and lyft takes a while

room had nothing provided such as lotion, soap, shampoo and was in need of an update. tv controller would not work, a green flashing light on the ceiling was very annoying.

Bed was fine, shower was good, and the desk manager tried to make things right, but we left after one night.

Price

No cleaning even though requested, no soap on bathroom sink, no safe in room, door jammed and did not close well.
