Maid Service. Sheets not changed, dispensers dirty on shower, did not leave clean cups or cups at all.

Toilet was broken , constant running Tv didn?t work Brought this to the attention of the desk person upon departure and be said he can?t do anything he?s just the overnight guy

We stayed there 3 or 4 years ago and it just all seemed nicer, cleaner, fresher, etc. Much better. We'll stay here again.

Sink/table in bathroom is too tall for a short person. Even my husband, who is 5'5" said it was difficult to brush is teeth.

The whirlpool room is definitely not worth it. Could hear people talking coming from the drain plumbing in the middle of the night and the tube was not cleaned properly.

We had to change rooms because the TV wasn't working, and there was no breakfast, coffee or juice available at 8:30 am, because someone quit and none of the other employees knew how to do anything, but stand outside and smoke , oh and complain

Free makeup remover toilette. Bed was comfortable and staff was welcoming, but efficient.

BED BUGS! Looked clean enough on a surface level. Woke up the next morning to multiple bed bugs crawling on each bed. Took pictures and showed hotel staff, and they confirmed they needed to call the exterminator. I did not receive any type of refund.

It was close enough to the Michiana event center for our concert.

We arrived just after 2:00 and asked if we could check in and we¿re told yes for $25. It was less than an hour and they weren¿t busy so that seemed a bit ridiculous.

The staff were nice and helpful. Our room was excellent. The breakfast and breakfast staff were the best.

My room looked about the same as it did 15 years ago. Hotel rooms sure could use some updating. Cost of room seemed rather high for the quality and condition.

We have always loved Hampton and the cleanliness and breakfast. This experience was terrible.

The pool and hot tub were green and smelled. We stayed 2 nights, the first night none of us showered but when we showered in the second night, the drain started to bubble, we thought the drain was just slow. Then the toilet wouldn¿t flush- poop came out

The hotel was above average..clean..quiet..pool area was nice..

Hotel employee was pretty rude to me when i was trying to check in..she was the "manager" and apparently the only one who could check me in... but she left the hotel and was at mcdonalds for an hour during check in time which was really amazing.

Friendliness and pet friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms.

No soda vending machines

Location- Easy to get to Middlebury and Shipshewana. Breakfast had a variety - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, and a bit more.

Two times during the night an alarm went off. It was not an alarm clock. The alarms didn't last long and I was able to go back to sleep.

Quiet room, friendly staff, close to shopping. Large room. Liked the seating area. Good breakfast.

Staff was great. Hot breakfast with plenty of clean tables. Good location but not in walking distance to anythingi. They have a noise policy also. Great people kept noise down

There was an issue with our first room and they quickly switched us to a different room. The breakfast was fantastic as well!

The view was terrible lol. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather, but the only bench was literally under the checkin roof out in the middle. Weird.

The motel is very clean The room was big. The bathroom was nice with a large vanity top with room for our toiletry bags and clean clothes. There were lots of clean thick towels and washcloths in the bathroom. The motel is very well constructed.
