Clean, pretty well maintained

Noise from highway traffic was one thing I didn’t expect

I had to change rooms 3 times because the room was to smokey. Also, the elevator stopped working after the first day.

The bed.

The chair is tearing apart, the carpet is dirty with soil and mud.

I didn't like the fact that they horsemen went in my room and stole all my clothes and accessories but the owner did pay me $80 for my work uniforms he saw them on camera stilling my things from my room

Kitchenette

Bedspread, countertops, dresser top, floors all very dirty.

The Location

They totally disregarded my prepaid reservation for a 2 bed room, and pretty much said, tough luck. Horrible experience at a HORRIBLE hotel.

THE HOTEL WAS FILTHY AND UNSAFE! THE NEW OWNER HAS FAMILY LIVING IN THE HOTEL AND THE OLDER MAN WAS ROAMING THE HALLS DAY AND NIGHT

The set up of the room and the full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

No breakfast available. The curtains seemed more sheer and felt like I didn't have privacy when we slept. We were on the ground floor. There weren't outlets available on both sides of the bed.

Poor housekeeping not clean at all I had to wipe the bathtub.The floors were dirty I wiped it with a towel. The shower has mold and the bathroom. Floor had hair on floor from prior customer. Very poor housekeeping. The elevators sounded scary.

Poor housekeeping even the elevators made noise kind of scary. This place needs a revamp

Nice room. Bed very comfortable. All staff very nice.

Where the hotel is located going around the back bend of the road is a little scary

The staff were very friendly and nice. They listen to what you have to say and try there best to make the customers happy

Not clean and a few Maintenance issues

Nice bed and the room was clean

WIFI didn't work. Stove top didn't work. Bathroom sink plug got stuck and couldn't drain water. Ice machine didn't work.

The staff was amiable and let me check in 30 minutes early. The checking-in process was reasonably fast. I would stay here again in the future.

You could smell cleaning chemicals in the air as you arrived. I wouldn't say that's bad because it tells me you cleaned but for those sensitive to smells it's something to monitor, otherwise, nothing was wrong with the hotel.

The staff! The room was very nice and comfortable. The other areas of the hotel need to be updated, cleaned and more inviting.

It was run down and needs updating.

The room was not cleaned. the coffee pot did not fit the maker. the pot was missing a big chunk of glass. the cups were so cloudy with soap scum.The stove top would not come on. We went to the lobby for coffee not creamer. Just very disappointed..

Sorry my statements are backwards. The Staff was professional and helpful. They get 4.5 Stars.

The rooms were very nice and big, seemed clean. Full kitchen with full size fridge, stove, plates etc. Front staff were very nice and pleasant. Use hotels a lot for kids sports, always looking for affordable but clean, hits the mark.

Hotel had very musky smell in the hallways and did smell of smoke. Our room did not though. 1 small elevator made it a long wait at times especially when there were people with their bags. Also no pool at this hotel was kind of a letdown for the kids.

The rooms and the staff. This is a very great place to stay. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location was the best thing about this hotel

The hotel left trash in the hallways and even after the night the trash was still there. The clerk at the front counter was too busy holding a personal conversation than to answer my questions.

Leaving

Room smelled terrible. Only had half drapes the light showed in all night and because of half drapes there was no privacy. Card reader wouldn't open side doors and the clerk had to open my room door with a key. I was charged an "incidental" fee of $105.00

The atmosphere was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. Things like a crock pot, toaster oven, and other things are available to borrow for free. Full sized fridge, a two burner stove, and a dishwasher and cookware/dining ware.

They tell you they take a deposit of $10 per day. But I stayed 3 nights and they put a $142 hold on my debit card. I really need that money right now and they haven't credited it back yet. Very inconvenient!
