The housekeeping staff was great and there was a good variety with breakfast. It was a friendly environment.

The room wasn’t vacuumed in behind the chairs in the room.

The night staff was friendly.

The smell in the hotel room was overpowering. The moment you walked up to the door you could smell it. A combination of cigarets, marijuana, pets, and chemical aerosol.

The hotel advertised a pool which is why we selected. At check-in we were informed that pool was out of order. Essentially ruining our family stay-cation.

The manager called on my wedding day to discuss the meeting room, and I had formerly spoken with the front desk staff and given permission lack of communication internally with the front desk about accommodations.

Pool was closed - this is why I selected this hotel and couldn't take the kids swimming. People in adjoining room yelling well after midnight.

we booked this room for three adult, Hoping to have a one king bed and ones sofa bed, but we got two twin bed and couldn?t sleep two people in one bed so I had to sleep on the floor at the breakfast Lady was rude milk spoiled, no teabags very bad

The side door did not lock; the entire handle and lock were missing! Anyone could walk in, this was an entrance by the pool and elevators, not visible from the front desk. Management was aware of this door.

The friendliness of the front desk staff specifically the manager and hotel employee who was on her second day there. They were do very helpful and pleasant.

THE LOCATION IS GREAT THERE IS ALOT OF PLACES TO EAT CLOSE BY THE MALL IS RUGHT THERE THE STAFF AS VERY FRIENDLY

The power went out and no backup generator, the lights didn't work good in hallway while power out not able to use my cpap to sleep with. Hotel no compensation event hough it was an act of God I still think all should have been compensated for the 12hrs

Pool was closed and weren¿t notified upon booking and we picked and paid extra for a hotel with a pool.

The staff is very friendly. Asking if you need anything else. Upbeat. I brought my brother to say there and he loved it.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and professional, they also answered questions I had.

My only concern was with other guest that was in the pool not following safeness. They were jumping in the pool, putting people on their shoulders, definitely not being considerate of other guest. So my family and I left the pool and came back later.

The rooms are always clean , the beds are extremely comfortable , and the staff is always pleasant and friendly.
