The breakfast was very good

The hotel was struck by lightning a few days before visit. Many things were disabled: elevator, WiFi, many room keys etc.

Front Desk Manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. Great beds. Quiet & SAFE. Will return!

This hotel looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in 10 years, probably never. My room had a bad smell. The breakfast was incomplete and the little bit of coffee that was left was cold. The eating area had crumbs all over.

Not having a hair dryer that worked. The rooms are too dark of a color on the accent wall. They should be a egg shell color.

It?s not clean. It had ants in my room. The room above me had the water leaked down to my shower like Niagara Falls. And they offered me 2 bottles of water and 2 bags of nuts. ????

Bathroom could use an update--it was clean, but the wood on the sink was degrading, and the tiles were showing signs of degrade. Also, the freeway was a little loud at night, but the convenience of being near the freeway is the price paid for that.

Not clean. Mold in the bathroom. TV channel selections was weak. 90% of the channels were greenish/pinkish color. Outlets were horrible. Room & hallways smelled musty. Poorly managed if you ask me. Can't believe this is part if the Hilton chain.

Paid high $ for this hotel. Was given very small handicap room for 2 of us.

The room was fairly beaten up as far as furniture, bed sank in middle and towel hanger was hanging off door. Very disappointed as we always book Hampton inn and it¿s wonderful but not this one.

The staff was very accommodating. We had a large group who had booked separately but they were able to move our rooms to the same floor.

Yes again my room door didn¿t shut so I went out with my room door open and valuables inside. Also they tried to charge me twice and the receipt I received said my stay was --- but you guys charged me ---

Small but Decent gym. Shower heads were pretty good.

No office/work area. Not cool.

Very Quiet tho located near I-65. Nice clean comfortable bed.

we loved everything but we liked the service of the employees especially the lady who works in the kitchen on weekends I recommend it

There is an extra $100 pet fee that was not disclosed when I made the reservation. It was sprung on me at check in so I ended up paying double for a mediocre room.
