The labels on the soap, shampoo etc were too small and difficult to read. I have stayed other hotels that used similar products, but the labels were easier to read. You don't usually take your glasses in to the shower so you can read the labels.

Room was good, comforter was the best.

Breakfast needs the warming table turned up. Food was a little cool..Bacon was a bit overdone but flavor was good. We were unaware of the towel replacement and the do not disturb sign...Once it was figured out not a problem. Thanks

The little things: They had a convenient store inside of the hotel. They had a blow dryer in the rooms.They had DOVE products in the bathroom when they could have had the normal brand that every other hotel uses but we all had DOVE.

Yes, the window in the room was awful!! Terrible wind noise. So much wind coming through it made the room cold and noisy. I stuffed toilet paper in a 3/4 inch gap to tone it down. Also, a crowbar and screws was left sitting on the table in the room.

Location. Staff was friendly. Rare! Breakfast better than average. Price was lowest in area.

Breakfast was not ready until after 7 am, and not accessible. And not a good selection.

They tied up $75. On my credit card for incidentals. I DO NOT LIKE THIS POLICY.

Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast average, but ok for the price paid.

I called the hotel for early check-in and they quickly accommodated my request even when they were completely booked.

The hotel should add some hot vegetarian (non egg/meat) options like breakfast potatoes and fajita veggies to the breakfast. Most of the hotels we have stayed in the last 4-5 years do have them. There were lots of hot egg/meat options but none for us.

Breakfast

This hotel is right of 65 which initially made it an ideal stopping point on our road trip. However, the windows are so terrible that it felt like we were sleeping outside. It was so incredibly loud that it was difficult to sleep.

stayed two nights, the first morning the gal did not show up to prepare breakfast. The second day breakast was not near as good as the times I have had when Istayed there before.

If you take a pet you can guarantee the extra $250 to be taken out of your account no matter what. Plus you are charged $60 every day for your pet. My dogs were freshly groomed and they said the room stunk. Not pet friendly.

Very clean beds were comfortable. Food and coffee was great. All staff was very friendly.

Very clean room and facilities. Breakfast was very good with much variety. All of Excellent Quality and Hot! Attendant kept eating and serving area clean and tidy. Overall: Very Satisfied!!!!

Staff were very friendly, especially considering it was New Year¿s Eve and Day. Rooms were clean, well-stocked. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy.

BEST hotel I¿ve ever stayed at!! Clean, fresh smelling, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Stayed here on Christmas and slept so good.

Location

I booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. The only had king single beds available. That is not what we booked, paid for or needed.

It was clean, overall facility was very pleasant, breakfast was good & staff were nice.
