Nothing. Room was a mess

Broken door lock, curtains on with pins

It had a very comfortable bed. There were no bedbugs or cockroaches. Not a bad location.

The bathroom floor needs to be thoroughly cleaned, in corners especially. The door lock was not good fitting.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The bathroom was dirty, room dated and run down, Locks were not working good.

Not only was the room spotless, not only was the whole property spotless, but the whole town is spotless! Well worth the nice easy drive from Carmel or westfield.

Check in was friendly

Horrible location. Felt unsafe. Left in the middle of the night (1:00 a.m.) to drive home 4 hours.

At this price point, it¿s a 50/50 chance the hotel is a disaster, but this hotel wasn¿t. It won¿t win any awards, but it¿s clean and affordable for one night. I wouldn¿t want to stay any longer than that.

It¿s old, but not even close to the worst hotel I¿ve stayed at.

Price was cheap. The hotel was what you would expect at that price point guy at the front desk was super nice !

Only 2 towels in a standard double bed room. Definitely need to put more towels. The older man in the morning was going around checking to see who was leaving almost like he was rushing us to get out and it was only 7:30 am.

Easy on and off from the highway.

It was not clean and the room needs a lot of updating.

It was loud and it really wasn't clean--good for work but that's about it

Sadly, nothing besides the owners or front desk employees. Very nice, however, I had to pay $10 extra dollars to check in a few hours early. The door was unsafe, as it could've been easily kicked in, the floor was so dirty that my socks had to be pitche

I dislike stating negative details, but I was terrified due to guys walking, pacing, outside, smoking cigarettes bc they looked upto no good and dangerous, under the influence. I bathed and left so I lost $--. Never again will I stay there.

There were 6 cockroaches that we seen anyway. Shower didn’t look it had been scrubbed clean for some time. Felt very dirty even after taking a shower.

Absolutely nothing it was a nightmare . Nasty , dirty , and disgusting . Changed rooms because tv didn’t work . I been to better dive motels then this is was disgusting . Tempted to sleep in my car .

Filthy! Bugs in our room,it smelled horrible and there was what appeared to be feces smeared on the bathroom floor and the side of the bathtub. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee,a bowl of cold cereal (with bad milk), and a tiny bite sized muff

Front desk clerk tried to charge me twice for the room. I am not from Norwalk CT.

The bugs crawling on the flood. The internet didn't work.

Friendly staff; inexpensive.

Room was noisy and beds not comfortable.

The location is great, and the price couldn't be beaten.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, and I was never about to get a WiFi signal from my room.

Musty smell, brought Febreze candle and let it go for three hours. Elderly gentleman at desk was a little nimble minded.

Older Motel, bed was comfy and room was quiet

There wasn't much that I could say that I liked about this hotel. I have stayed in America's Best Hotels in the past and they were never this bad. The bed, although it looked scary and the pillows were barely pillows, was comfortable.

Although non-smoking there was an overwhelming smell. I'm not sure that it wasn't clean, but the rooms are so old and run down it was hard to tell if it was clean or not. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub, the floor around the toilet was broken up
