Location. Pool. Good parking

Same breakfast every day. Small fridge. Cold coffee in lobby and limited coffee in room. Hit and miss with certain staff members being intentive and helpful and friendly.

Evening front desk person had a bad attitude. Older middle age There was no blind for the window. She offered no type of suggestion to elevate the problem. House keeping tried to fix the problem by putting sheets at the window temporarily.

Clean, close to I-65, comfortable bed.

Location and cleanliness. Staff was very pleasant

Friendly Staff showed Care,Compassion and Concern. Hotel lobby, breakfast area were all very clean. The incident below shocked the staff they requested Management compensate me. They couldn't because I didn't book directly. I gave them my rewards Inf

Settled into our room I reached for the ice bucket and IT was full of MOLD and OLD WATER I carried the whole tray to the Front Desk. they had no clean ice buckets. Booking Choice SHOULD NEVER IMPACT HOTEL QUALITY & THEY SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO C

The staff was completely flexible towards cleaning and room rates..

There seems to be a $50.00 charge per day deposit up to $200.. Pretty ridiculous but, I think the hotel clerk I talked to and charged me got it wrong..

Clean, welcoming, and very nice staff.

The hotel had a nice lobby and the pool was fun for the kids.

The continental breakfast was empty by 8 a.m. on Saturday and they did not have any plans to refill anything.

We were pleasantly impressed how beautiful, clean, and new it was. We arrived near midnight and had no delay in checking with a friendly desk attendant. The front foyer, seating area, and breakfast were well kept. We definitely would stay here again

Nice staff and very hospitable!

The room was not as clean as it should have been. Sticky residues on drawers and counter space, hair in bathroom shower as well as dirt residue.

Manager was nice. Rest of staff not so much.

Breakfast was horrible. Washing machine was broke the whole time.

I know this is 2022 and everything is expensive, I just felt that this Hotel was overpriced especially with all the other competitors in the same area.

I think this was the cleanest hotel I've stayed at! The hospitality area was also great, and it was nice to have a hot breakfast before checking out.
