Comfortable beds

It felt/sounded like the floor was going to fall through every time I moved while taking a shower in room 223. Worst shower I've ever had at a hotel. Pool was closed, which was a big disappointment.

This was an excellent hotel experience! It was clean and the staff was so friendly. They had every amenity you could want. Everything in the room worked. No complaints.

location was right off highway easy to find

under remodel and job that was done was sloppy.

Ease of reservation

I had to sleep on a couch. The 2 queen bed request wasn't available. I would have went to another hotel had I known this when I made the reservation

The location and it was nice and quiet.

There was never any staff at the front desk, no matter what time you left or returned.Breakfast was the exact same thing everyday. Our room didn't get cleaned at all. Bathtub had hair and some kind of liquid running down it. Dirty windows, no dry towels.

Parking spaces seemed too narrow else all was good!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping even left a sweet note upon arrival and after cleaning our room. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast every morning. The location is very convenient.

I loved how totally crisp this hotel felt and how very clean it smelled--my kids actually thought it smelled too clean.

Not one staff person disappointed me. The facility was up to date on hygiene practices and masking. The front desk staff were great at giving directions to local antique stores and restaurants.

The pool was out of order. The heater was broken and the hot tub was filthy, even if it was in working order. The included breakfast was awful, I had a choice of items to take bake to my room and microwave. Awful.

The hotel workers were very nice. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Good coffee!

Typical hotel, really no major complaints or concerns. The views from the room (facing the pond) were really nice.

Other than the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night due to another guest choosing to smoke in there room (something beyond their control). The television seems a bit outdated and small compared to what you get at other hotels.

Location rather difficult to find

This hotel was amazing so clean and nice, They even had Neutrogena soap In the bathroom. I will be back when I visit Indiana.

The fact that the pool closes at 11am and its full of kids all the way until it closes like no time for the adults to relax in there.

Quiet, clean, modern, convenient, great breakfast, fruit/waters/coffees out 24x7 (a nice plus), friendly staff, very comfortable beds, plenty of parking, safe, etc.

Couch had obvious human stains on it, sink backed up a bit. Overall a very nice hotel for the money as compared to all other hotels in LaPorte, but starting to show its age a bit in the room decor, i.e. cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Room smelled like smoke, however I was kindly given another room upon request.

AC did not work and was not fixed after telling them the first night. 2nd night, AC did not work and found a blood stain on the sheets. Front desk was rude and did not fix anything.

We're stayed here before and it is so consistently nice it's become a comforting stop and we're traveling through. also excellent staff
