The beds were comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good. Location was great

The pool is small

The breakfast was nice. The common areas and the rooms were clean. Most of the staff went above and beyond. They made us feel right at home.

The tables in the breakfast area seemed low, compared to the seating. The pump bottles in the shower (handicapped accessible room) were a bit high. The bar light above the headboard wouldn't stay on. The couch/bench seating for breakfast seemed low to my boyfriend.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious.

The only complaint I can think of would be, the fitness room - the elliptical was out of order along with 1 of the 3 treadmills but those things tend to happen in a hotel. It was very clean though which as nice!

Great location

The heat didn't work. Let them know. they came in and slammed stuff around and said it would heat up in 10 mins. Thermostat said error the whole time. Told them again and the maintenance came in and stared at the thermostat for awhile and said it would be on in 10 mins again. It never came on. Freezing the whole time.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

I like the location and look of the facility.

This was my second stay, and there was another event going on. Second weekend in a row. Which is fine. But all night we heard thumps and bangs til around 2 in the morning. The first time it was til around midnight. And it’s expected with large groups but til that late is not right. And wouldn’t be accepted any other time! Then I was doubled charged for the room. When my reservation was already made and paid for before I even checked in. Yes my funds were returned after 3 days later when I noticed another room charge which threw my account negative. No sorry, nor trying to make things ok just “ we will return the double charged” and of course they returned the lesser amount paid through booking and not the higher charge made at the hotel. This was gonna be my weekend get away place but now I’ll have to look for another.

Rooms were clean and modern. Staff polite and other guests respectful. Price couldn’t be beat for the area.
