  • WiFi was crap. Elevator stopped working twice. They kept $65 of my deposit because they had to wash a little food I spilled out of a comforter.
  • The timeframe it takes to get my deposit back. It?s been three days and still haven?t received it.
  • Rooms were not cleaned properly
