- it had shown recent cheap improvements on decorating

Cons -
- lighting in the bedroom was limited and very harsh. no grab bars near the toilet, breakfast was not hot and meats were very fatty. One kind of milk
- The bed was extremely hard. The shower was chipping.
- Everything! It was filthy from renovations that did not get cleaned up! Toilet paper holder was off the wall and just laying on the back of the toilet! Spackle was everywhere!
