La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Downtown

The location is great, you can walk to downtown easily, and it’s close to restaurants and bars.

The hallways were smelly, the bathroom faucet was loose and the sink was clogged. The room had not finished renovations, and the parking garage had water leaks throughout the whole ceiling.

Location was nice, free parking was a huge bonus. Rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were amazing.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a bathroom door that actually shuts it only had a sliding door that barely covered the doorway so anytime someone used the bathroom everyone could hear unless you ran the water in the tub, the windows need replaced badly because you can hear EVERYTHING outside, the breakfast was a nice attempt but it wasn’t very good.

This is our 2nd time here this year. We loved the hotel and staff. Nice hotel. Clean and conveniently located to the basketball arena . Great service and value. Thank you. 4 everything,!

Nothing wrong

Very comfortable bed and the room was very nice. Perfect hotel if you’re needing to go to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It’s a super short walk!

The shower was the worst part of the room. The spout was loose and coming off the wall. The vent was very loud. Soap dispensers were so high up! Also the water pressure wasn’t great because the pull thing wouldn’t engage all the way and I was worried the spout would disconnect from the wall!Only other complaint was the breakfast. Very limited selection of food options

Room clean and comfortable, a bit crowded for 3 people but manageable for one night. Location was good in the city, easy access from highway, close to local restaurants, good free parking.

The one elevator was slow, small, older, with hard to read buttons, not handicapped accessible. Small size cab tight for 3 adults with minimal luggage. Reservation was for 3 people yet towels, cups, etc. set for 2, requiring a trip to front desk for additional supplies. Breakfast was below average , unless you like processed salty scrambled eggs, dry breads , or sugary cereals.

Air conditioner was loud. Sounded like an airplane starting up. Had to turn off during night in order to sleep. Breakfast area not properly stocked or attended to. They know the number of guests and should adjust.Hotel came across as cheap: single ply toilet paper, small paper plates for breakfast.
