The location was great. I went to the Pacers and Bulls game.

The shower door was broken.

The location downtown is the best. The front desk staff and valet were very nice and helpful. The room was clean a d the bed was very comfortable. This was are 2nd time staying at this Homes2Suites

Excellent location. Came to town for Fever games. We were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet staff were exceptional.

Breakfast was disappointing. Minimal selection and if you were not early, there was little left over.

The location is ideal for anything! You can walk or Uber to any place you want.

Upon arrival i was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk by the name of Ben, he was very friendly and courteous with plenty of knowledge about the city which made my itinerary easy to piece together, he also made plenty of good recommendations and suggestions which i was thankful for. My Room had some great amenities - fridge/freezer Dishwasher etc and the cleanliness of the room was on point. The Breakfast room is a decent size with alot of variety and delicious options. Location is fantastic, being the the heart of the downtown area, all local attractions were easily accessible and in walking distance.

There wasn't alot i disliked about the property, it exceeded my expectations all round and i would love to stay here again in the near future. If i could change one thing it would be booking a trip here in the summer when the weather is nicer.

We stayed here for our one year anniversary and had dinner near by. The valet and front desk staff were so polite and quick getting us checked in. Our room was spacious and very clean (the room had very high ceilings too which was amazing!). The hotel itself was really nice. We had a great breakfast and they had a nice assortment of options. I would absolutely stay here again!

If I had the opportunity to change anything, I would make parking a bit more accessible for people that the valet parking isn’t necessarily worth the cost but with it being downtown and the parking options, it made us feel much safer and at ease using the service when there’s not an available parking lot that you would typically have for a hotel.
