Parking is free (although it's first come, first serve street parking, so it can be tricky at busy times of the day). Our suite had plenty of space for my family and included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen sink with a little dining table. The building is full of old charm! Lots of details to admire in the lobby area and hallways. The rooms had large windows for natural light, and were comfortably decorated.
Check in is a little unusual if you are used to traditional hotels. There is no check in desk, so the employee at the Bowling Alley on the floor above had our check in information and keys. Also note that there is no breakfast/snacks included aside from coffee (as is clearly noted in the booking info), but there are restaurants around the corner

Beautiful building, clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bowling alley upstairs and bar below. I was in town for the marathon so needed to be up early for it. Noise level was not bad but I would note it for early risers. Great location for those looking to participate in the nightlife however. I would recommend it in that case.

Unique historic building in the heart of a great Indy neighborhood. HiFi Lounge music venue just across the street. Great surrounding restaurants and a secret speakeasy downstairs with wonderful cocktails. Easy street parking. Even tried the duckpin bowling alley upstairs. Rooftop bar has a great view.
There was a slight rumble from the duckpin bowling lanes directly above at certain times. Sounded kind of like distant thunder. Quickly fades into the background once you know what it is. Our room was a couple floors above the street-level bar which has outside tables. Jovial bar guests could be overheard at points.

Street noise was terrible in room 302!

The location is fantastic. Tons of bars, restaurants, breweries that we could walk to. The room had many amenities, extra toiletries. Suzanne gave very detailed check-in instructions.
