We liked the location and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, staff was exceptionally nice. We were able to check in early and hotel provided valet service.
Upon entering our room, we noticed that there was an empty used water bottle still on the floor, the shower drain guard was on the floor in the bathroom, not in the shower

The location was great. Walking to nearby points of interest was easy and worthwhile.
Sewer gas in the downtown area is a problem.

The room was clean.
I did not have hot water for my shower at 5:30am. The AC was so loud could not go to sleep

The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all 5 of us to move around comfortably. Only downfall was online said it had a full size refrigerator and small kitchenette and ours did not but we did have mini frig and microwave.

We were able to check in a little early. Valet was on point and very friendly. Front desk was incredibly nice!! Very clean and phenomenal location.
The elevators are so tiny and so slow!!!

This hotel is top notch! From scheduling to everything in between we had the best experience! We used valet service which was amazing! Luis checked us in and cared for our every request with ease and kindness. Our room was immaculate and had everything we expected and more. The pool was heated (water was warm) and my kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had the most caring staff. I unfortunately didn't get their names. The gentleman (also didnt get his name) who checked us out was amazing and personable. We didn't hear any noise in our room and it was beautiful! I 100% recommend this hotel. The pizza place across the road was also delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Location was great. Staff was nice. Waitress/bartender in restaurant was fantastic.
My only complaint was that my room was too warm. It was 72 degrees when I arrived. I tried to cool the room down, but regardless of whether I selected Cool or Heat, it blew hot air. I ended up turning the system off for my stay and it still only got down to 70. Made it uncomfortable to sleep in.
