Staff very friendly
Carpet very nasty , bed headboards broken kept hitting wall when we got in bed. Bathroom very small. Very poor lighting in bathroom. Room small

Great staff and beautiful hotel! My room was large and pretty. The breakfast was really tasty. I truly enjoyed the spa tub and all of the toiletries and water provided.
Something had chewed and damaged a portion of the wood around the refrigerator. Also, a program guide was not provided for the TV. There was a scanner code to get it, but it was scratched up and could not be read by my phone. I asked for one at the front desk, but they didn't have one. I appreciate a "physical" guide that also includes hotel info. My bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

great location, clean
Rude customer service and Hotel kept charging my debit card and could not tell me why because they claim they could not see the charges on their side. When I showed them the charges they advised to dispute with bank. They got frustruated because I wanted to know why there were charges from the hotel and they could not explain. I was told they could not help me and refused to discuss. Lara in customer service is very rude and appeared to be racist. I did not see her talking to anyone else like that.

The location was great - several places to shop/eat in the area.
The room was climate controlled or the air was broken. The room was on 71 when we arrived, turned thermostat down to 66 and it stayed on 71. I couldn’t sleep bc I was so hot and turned the thermostat as low as 58 and still never got any cooler. The rooms were clean but everything in the hotel was dated and the hallways smelled kind of musty.

The staff were very friendly. Room was clean.
Rust on the bathroom doorframe. There was some issue with our room key which was resolved by the staff. It was frigid in the lobby during meals. The food was just blah.
