Staff was friendly. We have stayed here many times because of location
The staff was friendly and made sure that any needs we had were met.

Cons -

1) it is freezing in the lobby and the breakfast area. Servers had to wear winter coats and it was nearly impossible to eat due to the frigid temperature. 2) our room also had temperature regulation issues and was unclean..toilet dirty, drapes filthy
I have stayed at other Hilton's and the breakfast was included.

Staff was friendly. We have stayed here many times because of location

I have stayed at other Hilton's and the breakfast was included.

For $---/night my expectations were high and this hotel fell short in every level except the location and some of the staff. In particular the valet parking and luggage attendants were extremely courteous and helpful. They were fantastic!

For the price we paid $---/night we certainly had high expectations. There were no trash bags for the only trash can, the soap dispenser was broke, &?the shower door would not stay shut. The front desk staff were not friendly and seemed to be aggravated!
