Staff was friendly and professional.

There was a lamp that didn't work, the room temperature wasn't easy to adjust, the pillows were too soft, there weren't specific wi-fi instructions so I had to call the front desk to get those details including the password.

Hotel employee the night clerk was very helpful finding us a new room. When checking out the manager noticed we were billed twice for the room and corrected this

Unfortunately the room we were given was not adequate as the air conditioner was not working . This was only noticed as the temp in the room crept up to 78 degrees. When this was recognized we had to move. At check in we were billed again for room.

Clean, convenient location on my way home to MI from Chicago midway.

Breakfast was horrible. Best option on the whole breakfast was waffles but the single waffle maker means that a family of four is waiting 10 minutes to get four waffles, and that doesn?t count the line to get to the waffle maker.

It was located near where I needed to attend an event. It?s relatively clean and functional.

I?m not sure it?s worth the asking price for a room anymore. I?ve stayed here many times when in the area and the staff quality seems to have lowered. They were very nonchalant, bordering unprofessional and ignorant. I doubt I?ll stay here again.

The lady working the front desk on Thursday, 5/30/2024 was technically efficient yet no customer service, no customer options, no empathy - only would tell me was that all rooms will be available at check in.

The king sweet was lovely spacious and the bed was luxurious.

The hallway carpet was old and worn. I was scared until we got to the room.

It really go towards the customer service. The night shift worker really went beyond professional and made the stay easier. She was courteous, kind, and hospitable. She cares about the people & her image. She would make a great manager.

The bad was customer service from the worker . I had asked for maintenance & room serv; she was very dismissive within most of the stay there. She was very nonchalant, angry, lacked people skills but she was good with getting people in & out.

Location and clean!

Desk clerks friends were partying late at night running up and down hallways at 2 am had to work out in the cold and rainy weather did not sleep well!

The fact I was there 4 days and had to request room to be cleaned as well as take our towels to the front desk daily for replacem Rather than them bring it up. The room furniture was dirty. Sofa and chair dirty smh

I really loved how nice,cleaned, comfortable and spacious the room was. The location and the easy access to the highway is prime. The breakfast yummy.

The best thing about this hotel was the ease of access off the freeway.

Room was not properly cleaned. Food and drinks still in fridge, garbage under the bag in the can, found that out when we took the food out of the room. DUST everywhere. Stained toilet seat handprints on walls grout in shower stained and moldy.

The facility was clean and well maintained.

The mattress was hard and lumpy, very uncomfortable.

Far enough off the highway so you don't hear a ton of traffic, but close enough to make it easy to get to. A little more expensive than I would think it should be, but it was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our way home.

The eggs were VERY salty, and the pancakes were rubbery and at least mine had a clump of baking powder/soda in it so had a weird taste half way through eating it. Best breakfast on the way home, sadly - but continental breakfasts are rarely great.

I like how the hotel is conveniently located off the xpressway.

I expected the hotel to be much cleaner. The bathroom had a dirty finger print on the door. The hotel needed an overall deep cleaning.
