Hampton Inn Greenfield

Good beds. Clean enough. Good location.

Showing wear and tear. I could pull the shower faucet control all of the way out of the wall - appeared rusted. Bedside clock didn't work. Just appears overdue for a refurbishing. Not up to Hampton standards.

Room was very clean, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Nice areas for dog walk.

Only thing was one morning, for breakfast they ran out of eggs/omelettes and it was around 9am (breakfast ended at 10am). It was just that one morning.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel was clean and modern, with a good location. We had an issue the first night and the hotel moved us and refunded our room rate.

We stayed 2 nights and the the first night our room, 211, was next to the elevator. Every time the elevator operated, you heard the mechanism going up and down. Would recommend, somehow, trying to sound proof these rooms. We asked the hotel to move us.

The hotel was located exactly where I wanted to be. It¿s a one minute drive to Cracker Barrel, and about 3 minutes from a huge shopping area.

I found it odd that there was three ¿hooks¿ on the wall over the toilet but there wasn¿t a picture or anything hanging on them. That one thing made the room look incomplete. They should remove those hooks if they weren¿t being used.

Room was not vacuumed or dusted and there were stains on the bathroom walls... grimy furniture.

The hotel seemed nice but when we got to our room, both beds had old sheets on them and there were crumbs on the bedding and underneath the sheets. The garbage wasn¿t taken out. I was really upset and would like a refund.

Check in was extremely easy, Staff was very accommodating & friendly! Top knotch customer service! Facility was very clean & beds were comfortable.

I needed early check in to get ready for a wedding that afternoon. Staff were very accomodating and helpful.

Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly. Temperature control worked well. Bed was comfortable.

The grab-and-go breakfast option was a bare minimum. Nothing was replenished after a large wedding party drained it all by 9:00am leaving myself and guest with nothing, not even water.

we were there four days and only asked for extra towels once, and they did not have to make our bed or clean our room. We feel it was "pricey" because the staff did not have to do anything but, replace towels.

The staff at check in is what impressed me! The lady at the desk had arranged so we could have a room adjoining my mother. This way the grandchildren could go back and forth. She was accommodating. Everything was clean and well kept up which is important

Honestly, I had no complaints!

Rooms were quiet, great breakfast, priced excellent. Pool was clean and warm.

Old building Small king room that has an air conditioner that blows directly on the bed. Towels are rough texture Bed was terribly uncomfortable, sheets didn’t fit and kept coming off the bed.
