It was in a great area

The hotel was nasty! Cobwebs and eggs in the corners. Full of dust and mold. Had a horrible smell and the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned in months!

The exercise room was closed because of renovation, but that was not noted prior to purchase. The room looked like it was in the middle of updating with some furniture yet to be in stalled.

The room was dirty. It wasn't swept. There were several dead spiders on the ground, and there was a hole in the shower liner.

Room was ready. First day staff polite after that rude.

Listed as breakfast but they only do it Mon to Fri and our stay was only 1 weekday and then Sat and Sun no breakfast😒

The toilet broke in the middle of the night the AC unit made loud noises when running everything is out dated

We had to ask for a hair dryer & a shower curtain! The room smelled musty.

Staff was super friendly! They noticed when an extra charge happened on our card and refunded it before we were even aware of the problem. Breakfast was hot and excellent!

The beds were not comfy in the slightest. There were like dried bread crust still on the floor of the room from the previous people.

Sink did not drain,water pressure was terrible and air conditioning did not work most of the time.

The shower water kept getting cold.

Staff was definitely awesome! The guy who checked us in was amazing. All staff was great.

The room wasn?t great. Beds uncomfortable, pillows were horrible, the shower had no Water pressure and very dirty. Toilet was coming out of the wall. If you sat down you almost fell off. Shower was slick my son slipped in it.

It?s a dog friendly hotel so if you don?t mind the barking all night it?s a great place to stay!?. I would not stay there again because of that!!

Friday, there was a big dog directly across from us that was barking and didn?t stop until after midnight. We even told the front desk at 10 pm. Then on Sat we got back to the hotel @ 8:20, the dog was barking again. I told the front desk.

Old, a bit dingy, low water pressure on 2nd floor

The fire alarm went off late night and when I called the front desk he was laughing when I asked if everything was OK. Side door didn't lock and guests kept propped open. Sketchy. Pool also broken. Had to find lady to get coffee and food refilled.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and nice selection.

Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It?s an older hotel so it?s not perfect but is served our purpose very well for our one-night stay.

No elevator but we were told o e will soon be installed.

The location is really great! It's not too far from Indianapolis and has a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room, towels and bedsheets are cleaner than I expected.

The room and hall way have strange smell. The hotel is just next to I-70 free way, and you can hear the traffic in room in late night. The bed is too soft and I wish it were a little firmer.
