Pros +
- Nice, clean. Right off the highway. Good for brief overnight stop while traveling on I-80/90.
- Service & that it is newly remodeled.
- Staff was excellent. Hotel was very clean.
Cons -
- Front desk overnight: way too long for check-in process; > 10 minutes. Tired guests with IHG status just want to check in, get the room key and get to sleep. First room: broken window shade; second room: smoker smell; third room, incorrect bed option
- Towels left a lot to be desired.
- There was no hot water in the shower. I had to let it run over 20 minutes until I got hot water.
