Pros +
- Exceptional staff, close to expressway
- The hotel location was great for weeklong stay and having the breakfast available made it an excellent choice to ensure I could be at the 8 a.m. class on time.
- The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well appointed.
Cons -
- I didn't expect to have to ask for refreshed towels, trash to be emptied and add'l toilet paper from the front desk. Not having linens replaced daily was fine but I expected someone to check on those others without prompting.
- The breakfast left something to desire but that may be just personal preference.
- Our room initially assigned smelled like pet urine, very strong. We were reassigned a room, but a double queen (as booked) was not available.
