The second and third shift desk clerks were very very nice and helpful and compliant we checked in during second shift the first rm we got the TV was messed up so he tried to fix it, couldnt, so he gave us another rm and upgraded us, we stayed 2more nites

The day shift desk cleck could improve on her customer service skills, the only time she was nice or polite to us was wen we were checking out, but the 2nd and 3rd shift made up for it, we really would have changed motels if they had treated us like her.

I had important SSA papers stolen from me, out of my suitcase, while I was gone during the middle of the day. And clothes too.

Very clean and quiet. The manager was professional but cordial. No complaints!

Roaches, slugs on the wall, used cup on floor, dirty rag in tub, broken light fixture and a horrible smell.

It is close to very good restaurants and main roads, as well as highway access nearby. This is very important for traveling for sudden unexpected needs.

When I told front desk my toilet needed to be unclogged, no one came even though we were 30 minutes finishing getting ready. Had to use lobby toilet.

Honestly nothing was remarkable

The beds were very uncomfortable. The front desk service was slow. The breakfast was exactly the same both mornings and was subpar. We were very disappointed. The air was completely off in the room when we arrived so it was stuffy.

We traveled 3 states to visit family and at check out were told we couldn't have anyone visit us. That was a little strange.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was amazing. The staff seemed friendly, the rooms were quiet like we couldn't hear other guests in our room or in the hallways!

The breakfast ran out of eggs and waffle batter fast within the breakfast time and wasn't refilled. Pool wad small and didn't have steps to get in and out of it. Rolling power outages one day of the stay.

It¿s not super posh but it¿s clean quiet and everything I needed for this trip.

The first shift manager is amazing and worked with us every step of the way he wasn¿t rude and was always polite to me and my family . Second shift worker was great won¿t forget him

The third shift worker was very good to my dog but she had threaded to kick me out on two different occasions one about the door being propped open outside and it wasn¿t me or my kids . Than she listened by my door for hours saying we was 2loud & leave

I like the location right off the highway. It is also right next door to the restaurant I favour.

You can tell it is time for an upgrade of bathroom. You can't stop people from smoking but there was burnt marks on the toilet and tub.

Friendly staff, the owners care and compassion for their business, clean, and the comfortable white blankets.

Well included in my price was supposed to be a pool and then breakfast, along with room service but all 3 were not valid due to the virus but yet I paid full price for my stay. I think that’s ridiculous and took a lot of “fun” from my stay.

The room was very clean, hotel was quiet and conveniently located on a main road. Staff was very accommodating when the smoke detector in our room started chirping at 3 AM; they immediately moved us into an upgraded room.

Our room had a lot of things in disrepair. Example the door had a large area where several locks were screwed and ripped out and then just painted over and the door did not seal you could see light from the hall all around the door.

Hotel Staff very friendly & helpful. Made me feel safe when I came in later that nighter after show. Price, water pressure, all good . Thank you for providing a safe, clean & economical hotel. Wish I would have brought my swim suit , heated pool

Bathroom was very small had to reach Toliet paper dispenser, tub was very slippery from cleaner they must have used. Suggest putting non slip strips in tub. Sheets had some discoloring.
