Not much selection for breakfast.The pillows were flat with no lift.The original white towels were a grungy grey color and hardNo Kleenex just cheap toilet paper. Stains on bathroom walls.No clock nor did microwave clock work.Trying to cut costs too much

The gas station close by closes at night. The breakfast was terrible. Only cereal, dry biscuits, gravy with what looked and tasted like imitation/fake sausage in it. Juice tasted outdated. Or machine needed cleaning or something of the sort. Bathtub filled up while taking a shower! Took forever to drain even after I got out. I told the front desk about it. Instead of offering me a different room. The guy said he'd put a complaint or work order note in about it.! Charged me an outrageous fee for my service dog! I've never been charged for her. Nor have I ever had someone ask me what services she's trained for or asked to see paperwork or medical card etc. Even when I showed documents. Pete and his wife still wanted to debate about things. And insisted and assumed she was just a normal pet etc etc. Refused to refund me the pet fee and deposit etc etc. I do not recommend this place and will never recommend this place to anyone! Also the side door in the hallway kept ripping open from the strong winds / storm that was passing through.! I closed it once. It did it again. Storm sirens were going off and the door was ripped open again. After about 5 minutes. I went and told the front desk guy. He said he knew about it already. I'm like ok. Well do something about it please. That door stays unlocked and doesn't latch apparently. No key card needed to enter through that door on the side of the building.! Sheets and duvet had stains.! Also found pieces of hair on pillow and sheets when pulled the blankets back.
