Rooms were great and the location is perfect

Certain times of day you could not get any hot water in the shower, we had to run it sometimes 30 minutes.

I thought the counter did a great staying customer friendly on a very tough day. The breakfast was also very good.

The location was odd, hard to see, and made worse by poor signage.

Location, price. It's a newer building so everything was clean. Liked the vinyl planks, so much cleaner than carpet. Staff was available. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities, but all looked good.

The key cards weren't always easy to use. Took a couple tries to open doors. Rooms were on the smaller size, but for the price it was ok.

Very clean. The desk attendant was very friendly especially since we checked in in the middle of the night.

Towels brown & moldy sme, smell. Vents in ceiling of the lobby have black mold & dripping water on them. I woke up with a migraine & sick from mold smell. Told my girls all night I smelled it and on towels then we saw it on vent in the morning at breakfas

The breakfast was nothing compared to other Hilton hotels. The pancake machine was broke, not much to choose from.

Just far enough off the toll road that you didn't get road noise, but yet close to Tollway exit. Healthy breakfast choices that were yummy.

Big bugs were found in the room and on the bed, during sleeping at midnight, I informed the receptionist and he gave me another room, but the same situation, bugs all around in the hotel.

The Hotel needs pest control immediately

Yes. 1. The fixed desk is not supposed to be put near the AC because the protective rear grill of the AC is not adjustable and that would be a misery to be blown directly by the cold or hot wind from the AC. 2. Poor ventilation in the room.

Very clean and comfortable staff was amazing.

Due to the weather we had no television from the time we checked in until the time we checked out.
