- I expected a much better room for the price i paid.i have had suites for half the cost there. I quite frankly expected more. The phone wouldn't stay working after it was fixed by staff, the window curtains couldn't be closed. It was more like a motel room
- The heat in the room. I couldn't get it right. Don't know if it was me or the heating unit. Had a friend in another room said they had the same problem.

Room was clean. Definitely liked how they have a sticker over the door saying it has been cleaned. Hot tub was at a perfect temperature. Over all there was nothing that we didn't like.

The room was very clean and neat. Extra blanket was nice Loved the desk with Led lighting. The plugs by the bed for all of your charging needs.Computer, Cell Phone, Ipad enough for all three. Staff was friendly, you could tell they liked working there

At check in was not told where to find room or elevator. Was not told where to find snack area and that ice machine on my floor was out of order also no sign on ice machine saying it was not working!!
Room was great other then TV was broke and we didn't know so during the stay it fell and we had to switch rooms
After leaving I was charged $75 then another $50 and another $150 and still not sure why not to mention when I got there they literally tried to charge me a while $260 for the stay

the server/cook in the dining area was very short and dismissive when asked a question. the breakfast options were very limited compared to other. Hilton/Hampton we visited
Poor equipment in facility, minimal...
Arrived and room was stuffy. Turned on AC and discovered it was very loud (broken). Later went down to front desk to ask for assistance in turning off AC becuase I had a Zoom call and couldn't have it with the loud AC. Front desk person came up to the room when I requested help in turning the AC off and heard the loud AC. When I asked her if I could have another room, she didn't respond. Had to go down to front desk again (telephone in room also didn't work) at 1:30 am to request another room, which the desk person provided, although I had to move all my stuff. Didn't get back to sleep all night. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do it because I'd booked using a 3rd party (Booking.com) ... won't do that again.
