Dirty and smelled like Marijuana

Shower door not working.hair in the sink drain.when called front desk person was rude and asked what did I want him to do about it asif he didn’t care about our concerns

Absolutely nothing!

I didn’t like anything AT ALL!!! The room had stuff all over the walls and the beds were gross with what looked liked blood stains. The TV didn’t work. The whole hotel smelt HORRID! The toilet and shower were AWFUL!!!

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.

Only 1 towel for 2 people....had to bicker to get another one.

Very reasonable rate, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and it was kid friendly hotel

The tv didn't work, and conditioner was empty. We got to breakfast late so there wasn't a lot left when we arrived and plastic ware was scarce. Also coffee and juice machine was broken

It was dirty. The pool area was dirty. They only gave you 2 towels per room

Friendly and helpful staff

The washer was not working, so I had to take laundry to another place to wash.

Had blood stained sheet and food clumped on sheets. They were not cleaned

Their Hot Breakfast was blah. Sausage was salty, no eggs. Had biscuits and gravy, but was afraid to try after tasting the sausage. Kissy wasn't happy with the food.

Bedbugs!!?!!! The room was not completely cleaned there was dirt and hair in the hot tub with greasy ring round it where the water level was last!!! None of the ubs ports worked and there was BEDBUGS

1st the room I was given was already occupied so I walked in room with someone already there and went back downstairs told the lady she laughs then the second room I was given went upstairs opened the door when the door closed the door knob fell off !!!!!

Cleanliness

No elevator, tv didn?t work, ice machine didn?t work

My PlayStation and clothes came up missing out of my room and the hotel staff assaulted me had to call the police and the rooms were disgusting the pool area had mold everywhere the pool was dirty and ice cold and the hot tub was dirty

Cheap

I called ahead of time to see if pool and hot tub where operational and they said it was then I got there and it wasn?t .

The staff running the hotel were nice.

There was a pool and hot tub.

It was very dirty, in the hallways and in the rooms. Also, they only put out only one pan of eggs and one pan of sausages but at separate times, so if you didn't get up very early you are going to miss out.

Everything. Filthy. Roaches in the pool and hot tub. All the linens stained and dirty one blanket had blood on it and you could tell it wasn't washed. Sink leaked. Bedbug fell from the ceiling of the elevator. Shower was black from dirt and mold and had

This hotel was very dirty, gross,unfinished. Our tiles in the bathroom weren?t glued and kept tripping us every time we would walk on them. The back of the hotel was full of trash and shopping carts with trash, poop smeared on walls going up stairs.
