Home2 Suites by Hilton Elkhart

Large spacious room

Pool small and a little dirty

Checking out

Yes, I let the hotel know that it was absolutely disgusting in our room and they told me they would follow up. There was no follow up.We had to clean our own room.

The rooms were amazing, clean, large, and super comfortable. The hallways were also clean and fresh smelling.

The pool was not open. We were a soccer team staying overnight and there was no reason for it to be closed. We booked months ago and were not given a heads up prior or we would have cancelled.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff - impressive room. The room had everything you could ever need and more. Very spacious and quiet. Easy to get off and on the highway for travel. We ordered a pizza when we were 30 minutes away - worked perfectly.

No we loved everything!

very very clean

parking was a bit tight each night of the 3 nights i was there

It had a nice spacious pool. Appreciate the larger rooms with kitchen appliances. We asked for extra pillows and within minutes they brought them! Breakfast was nice as well.

The hotel was great. This isn¿t their fault or problem but kids were running up and down the halls at 12 and I wasn¿t happy. If my phone would have worked in my room I would have called down and had someone come up to tell them settle down.

The room layout, Good selection of utensils.

The room was not clean. The floor was dirty and the dishwasher full of dishes.

Cleanliness of the room, parking, welcoming lobby

clean, room was big, great breakfast

The rooms are big. They have the best blackout blinds I¿ve ever had in a hotel. And the breakfast options were plentiful. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

Our hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located by restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was also friendly.

Room was spacious enough for a family of 6. Beds were comfortable. A limited breakfast was served (should be better after COVID). Heated pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

It was very beneficial to have the suite with all of the comforts of home right in the room. Especially during this time of pandemic to be able to avoid crowds during mealtime was very helpful. We microwaved meals and had fresh food in the fridge.

No, actually, everything was better than expected.
