it was clean.

The water pressure was terrible. The heater was too loud an didn't work to reach the temp we set. On the website it said check out time was 12pm, instead it was only 11am.

Friendly staff, great amenities. Very comfortable.

The pictures showed handicap rails in the bathroom near the toilet and shower, which my mom needed, but there weren’t any in our room.

Location was good for our visiting reasons. Breakfast was good. Staff was more than willing to assist when needed.

I expected a little more in the room we received. When I made my reservation, the information stated it was a suite/room with 2-queen beds and included a couch. The suites I've stayed in before (Hampton Inn) had much more room, was equipped with the same items and dollar wise about the same. I should note I did not mention to the staff that there was no couch in the room, but instead a chair and ottoman, my bad.

Very clean, pool was nice, good breakfast and beds were comfy. Staff was friendly as well.

It was so clean! Also gave us the choice of what floor which was awesome! We loved that they had full sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner!

I was charged a 200.00 cleaning fee with no explanation..I tried to call 6 times to speak to Jessica she was convienly never in I was told she had clean up..im guessing my husband with dementia did somthing I did not notice sad they could not speak to us about it. My husband is disabled and has demtia..200.00. Extra is very hard for us

The room was nice and clean and I liked the kitchenette

Great breakfast nice beds room had dishwasher full refrigerator stove micro. One of the best places I have stayed ND I am 63

The pillow was the only thing

It was not the room I book and there is no hot tub as listed very disappointed would like a refund

I booked 2 queen beds and a sofa bed the room only had 2 beds no suite no sofa no sofa bed terrible for our stay

Brand new, spotless and very nice staff! Nice walk-in shower. Room was well thought out.

Problem with water pressure. They were aware but nothing changed during our stay. Somewhat loud truck traffic noticed at night since it's right next to Interstate 65.

One comment regarding the Bathroom. I wish that my room had a Shower/Tub especially, for those who would like to soak in a tub especially after a good workout in the gym or jogging.Otherwise, everything was great!

The suite was perfect and so clean and comfortable. All amenities provided for a relaxing, worry-free stay.

Clean linens were not provided daily. That's not what I expected for what I paid to stay for a week.

Walking distance to a few restaurants. Very clean. Good breakfast. Breakfast hours that last until 10 am and later checkout at noon. Price for similar accommodations at the nearby Hilton was $80 higher!!

I honestly can't come up with anything!
